Some Things to Do At Home to Help with Jaw Discomfort.
Ice both Jaw joints before going to bed to help reduce inflammation.
Ibuprofen/Advil can be taken as needed to help with any jaw pain/symptoms and to reduce inflammation.
Stay away from eating anything hard or chewy that may worsen the pain or discomfort.( hard nuts, french breads, untoasted bagels,chewing gum etc.)
Massage therapy, physical therapy, chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, stretching and/or exercise are all great methods in the overall health of the jaw joints and the entire body.
