Payment Policy
For our patients convenience we take all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) flexible spending account credit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo, checks and cash. We do require payment the day of service. If we are filing your insurance, your co-payment is due the day of service.
