Posture
Posture impacts more than we think! Proper posture is important for a number of reasons, including that it places your body in an alignment where the stress on supporting ligaments, tendons and muscles is limited. Poor posture can lead to discomfort and injury. Neck issues along with headaches/migraines are most commonly factors to poor posture. Forward head posture places extra stress on the neck muscles. Forward head posture is common among mouth breathers causing facial asymmetry and an abnormal bite.

- With the head centered, the spinal column is straight
- Muscle tension can shift the head away from the center
- To compensate the spine begins to buckle
- Postural distortion develops as the shoulders and hips begin to tip
Posture plays an important role in many matters of the human body like, neck pain, back pain, headaches/migraines, hip issues, knee issues, feet issues and jaw/bite issues, etc. So remember the importance of good posture.
